It is possible to assert the withdrawal right within 10 days from the date of the receipt of the goods. The withdrawal must be sent via registered letter with acknowledgement of receipt. If the withdrawal is sent by fax, it must be confirmed with registered letter within 48 hours after the sending of the fax. The goods must be returned within 10 days from the sending of the registered letter, with transportation costs at sender's charge to:

N.B. For the audio-video or software products wrapped in chellophane which had been opened by the customer, the withdrawal is not applicable: the packaging of the goods must be completely untouched, including the chellophane wrapping and the SIAE sticker.

If the withdrawal right is done according to the provisions of the law, Cinehollywood will reimburse the amount paid by the customer within 30 days from the receipt of the returned goods.
